Ideal Workplace Solutions needed a scalable digital platform to host over 1,300 professional courses, manage complex scheduling across 14 venues and 14 countries, and serve 100+ corporate clients. No suitable digital infrastructure existed, so the entire system had to be designed and built from the ground up.

The Solution

Led the full project lifecycle over 6 months: product envisioning, UX design, full-stack development, deployment, and staff training. Delivered a Next.js platform covering course catalog management across 18 professional disciplines, multi-mode delivery (in-person, virtual live, self-paced), learner registration, facilitator profiles, and a dedicated corporate solutions portal.
